All prices are FOB Delhi and Subject to change any time. Taxes Extra as applicable. Customers are responsible to pay for freight charges.
All sizes, descriptions, colors, weight and other specifications listed on our website are approximate and slight variation may occur since most of the items are handmade. Some packing information may differ from the actual packs.
When ordering please order by the Unit of Measure indicated in catalog and minimum quantity required for each item. If item is priced by the dozen and you order 12, we will ship you 12 dozens.
We do not ship COD. All orders are prepaid.
No Back Orders. If the item goes out of stock, we will issue you a refund including shipping cost without contacting the customer.
There is a Restocking Fee of 10% if you cancel your order.
Overseas customers are responsible for duties and taxes. If they fail to do so and refuse to accept the merchandise, they will have to pay the shipping cost back and forth and 25% restocking fee.
If there is any breakage in shipping. Please inform us within 2 business days to file the claim. We will refund you for any breakage in shipping if notified within 2-3 Business days. Will need photos of broken pieces for approval. We will not ship the replacements for broken or missing merchandise.
